摘　　要：自2005年以来,学界围绕生态移民文化变迁、社会适应、后续发展等方面进行了多层次、全方位的研究,形成了一系列有见地的研究成果。本文针对三江源生态移民后出现的社会适应问题与思想教育问题进行研究,结合三江源生态移民特殊情况,提出"以人为本"、拓展新阵地、与藏族传统文化相结合等教育方法,通过这些方法使他们更快、更好地适应搬迁后的生活。Since 2005, the academic circle has carried on the multi-level and comprehensive research a-round the ecological migrants, social adaptation and follow-up development, and has insightful research results. According to the ecological migrants in Sanjiangyuan which completion of the social adaption and education method and study the problems. Accordi ecological immigrants in Sanjiang at this stage to carry out the ideological and political formed a series of occurrod after the ng ed to the source of ucation method and study the problems, combined with ecological immigrants in Sanjiang source of special circumstances, put forward the ＂people-oriented＂, expand the new position, and the Tibetan traditional culture combi-ning with other educational methods, by those methods is that they are faster and bether adepted to the rosettlement life.
