贫困女大学生面临就业难问题的心理透视及调适

摘　　要：在大学生就业形势日趋严峻的背景下,贫困女大学生(作为就业的弱势群体)就业更加困难,主要表现为就业率偏低、就业空间狭小、就业满意度差、就业成本高。从心理因素分析,主要是由于贫困女大学生在就业过程中存在自卑与自负心理、等待与焦虑心理、自立与依赖心理等问题。贫困女大学生只有树立正确的择业观,及早进行职业生涯规划,全面提升自身素质,才能在就业竞争中脱颖而出。Today, employment is becoming increasingly difficult for university students, especially the female ones with limited financial resources. They become a group of low standing in terms of employment and are facing great difficulties in employment rate, employment choice, employment satisfaction and em- ployment cost. From the psychological point of view, they are at the same time, in addition to dilemma of waiting and anxie The author contends that the needy female university students arguably self- contempt and self- conceited ty as well as independence and dependence. need to have a healthy employment philoso- phy, make early career planning, and improve their own comprehensive capabilities before they can suc- ceed in the employment competition.
