摘 要:目的对惠州市精神科护士工作压力来源与工作满意度进行调查,并研究二者的相关性。方法采用整群随机抽样方法于2015年5月~2016年5月选择185名惠州市第二人民医院、惠州市复员退伍军人医院及广东省第三荣军医院精神科注册女性护士作为对象进行调查研究。采用护士工作压力源量表、明尼苏达满意问卷(MSQ)对护士的工作压力和工作满意度进行调查,并对工作压力和和工作满意度的相关性进行了统计分析。采用SPSSl5.0统计学软件。结果精神科护士工作压力大小依次排序及得分为:工作量及时间分配(2.63±0.45)分、患者护理(2.47±0.36)分、工作环境及资源(2.33±0.28)分、护理专业及工作(2.28±0:24)分、管理及人际关系(2.25±0.57)分,与精神科护士工作总体满意度[评分为(58.2±4.4)分]相关性分析结果显示,工作压力源与工作总体满意度呈明显负相关(r=-0.501、-0.475、-0.428、-0.344、-0.287,P均〈0.01)。结论对于精神科护士,其工作压力明显影响了其工作满意度。医院管理人员应采取措施减轻护士的工作压力,以提高其工作满意度,提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the source of work pressure and job satisfaction of Huizhou psychiatric nurse, and to study the correlation between the two. Methods 185 cases of registered women nurse from Psychiatry Department of Huizhou second People' s Hospital, Huizhou Veterans Hospital, Guangdong provincial Third Invalides Hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the study objects by cluster random sampling method. Nurses work pressure source scale and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire were used to investigate the work pressure and job satisfaction of the nurses. And the correlation between job stress and job satisfaction was statistically analyzed. Results The size of the work stress of psychiatric nurses were sorted and scored in order : workload and time allocation (2.63 ± 0.45), patient care (2.47 ± 0.36), working environment and resources (2.33 ± 0.28), nursing profession and work (2.28 ± 0.24), management and interpersonal relationship (2.25 ± 0.57), overall job satisfaction of nurses in psychiatric department (58.2 ± 4.4). Correlation analysis results showed that job stress was significantly negatively correlative to job satisfaction(r=-0.501, -0.475, -0.428, -0.544, -0.287, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion For psychiatric nurses, the work pressure has a significant influence on job satisfaction. Hospital administrators should take measures to reduce the work pressure of nurses to improve their job satisfaction and to improve the quality of nursing.
