离心环境下外压协调加载控制方法研究

摘  要:离心环境下外压协调加载采用离心机转动时的向心加速度模拟试件要求的过载,外压控制系统根据实时测量的加速度值(过载值)同步施加气动载荷.针对离心环境下外压协调加载控制系统对安全性、稳定性和控制精度的要求,采用了加速度传感器余度管理策略和双闭环压力控制策略,并详细阐述了其原理及实现过程.理论分析和现场试验结果表明,加速度传感器余度管理策略提高了控制系统的可靠性,双闭环控制算法满足了外压加载控制系统对动态性能指标的要求.The centripetal acceleration of centrifuge rotating is used to simulate specimen required overload under the centrifuge environment pressure load system. For the pressure control system, based on real- time measurement of acceleration (overload), aerodynamic loads is imposed synchronously. According to the performance requirements of security, stability and accuracy in synthesis centrifugal pressure control system, double closed loops and redundancy of acceleration management strategy are applied; meanwhile, the theory and realization are elaborated. The theory analysis and the results indicate that the redundancy of acceleration management strategy improved the reliability and the double closed loops control algorithms satisfy the dynamic performance requirements.
