摘　　要：文章首先介绍了目前地方高校研究生教学中存在的问题,然后分析了研究生创新能力培养的重要性,并且针对现代分析测试技术课程的特点,着重探讨了研究生创新能力培养的有效途径。目的在于探索研究生教学的全新模式,突出研究生创新能力的培养。The current problems in postgraduate of local university teaching are introduced in the paper, and the importance of postgraduate innovative ability is analyzed. At the same time, based on the characteristic of Modem Analysis and Testing Techniques, an effective way to train the postgraduate innovative practice ability is discussed. The purpose is to explore a new model of post-graduate teaching and highlight the ability of postgraduate innovative.
