摘 要:利用陕西、云南、贵州等3省6个贫困县2010年、2015年调研获得的面板数据,分析农户食物安全的动态变化,结果发现:持续食物不安全农户占6.1%,食物安全水平恶化农户占9.5%;食物不安全更容易出现在患病、户主年龄较大、不积极参与培训、受教育水平偏低的农户中。采用Biprobit模型实证分析农户持续食物不安全以及陷入食物不安全状态的主要原因,结果发现:能力不足、食物营养知识缺乏是导致农户食物不安全的主要原因,据此提出改善农村地区食物安全水平应着力提高精确识别瞄准"精度",加大教育、培训投入,加大食物营养知识宣传力度。The paper used the rural panel survey data in 2010 and 2015 in six poor counties in Shaanxi,Yunnan and Guizhou provinces to analyze the dynamic changes of household food security. The results showed that the households of continuing food insecurity accounted for 6. 1% and the households of food security deterioration accounted for 9. 5%. The households' headers of food insecurity were more likely ill,older,not actively involved in training and low level of education. We applyed Biprobit Model to analyze empirically the factors led to continued food insecurity or food security deterioration of farmers in poor counties. The results showed that the lack of capability and the knowledge of food and nutrition were the main causes of household food insecurity,so we put forward policy suggestions to improve food security in rural areas including focusing on improving the pointing "accuracy"of precise identification,increasing education and training investment and spreading the knowledge of food and nutrition.
