摘 要:被动约束系统是避免乘员在碰撞中产生二次伤害的主要装置,其中,驾驶员安[1]全气囊是最基础的保护气囊,也是在碰撞中最具实用性的气囊。本文通过分析新版CNCAP更改后的考核指标,通过提升驾驶员安全气囊支撑性,来优化假人胸部得分情况。为后续其他项目的得分提升提供优化思路;同时,根据开发中提升支撑性的探究试验,拆解驾驶员安全气囊支撑性的主要影响因素,采用对比、试验验证的方式总结影响驾驶员安全气囊支撑性的影响因素,为初期产品选型提供一定的参考。Passive restraint system is the main device to protect the occupants from secondary damage during the collision. Among them, the driver airbag is the most basic protective airbag and the most practical airbag in the collision. This paper analyzes the new evaluation index of C-NCAP, and improves the score of driver's airbag by optimizing the support of driver's airbag.And provide the optimization train of thought for the score improvement of other project.The main factors influencing the driver's airbag support are disassembled according to the development of the supporting exploration experiment, and the influence of the driver airbag support by the comparison and test verification is summed up. And provide some reference for the initial product selection
