摘　　要：研究生培养是研究生教育的重要环节,应以培养高素质创新型人才为目标,结合北京联合大学硕士点研究生的培养情况,提出应用型研究生以科学任务引导学科建设与科学研究,创新研究生培养模式,加强导师队伍建设、培养条件和培养环境等方面的管理体制改革,不断提升研究生的培养质量。The cultivation of postgraduate is one of the key factors in postgraduate education and is aiming at training the high-competent innovative talents. According to the cultivation situation of postgraduate in Beijing Union University, it＇s proposed that discipline construction and scientific research should be guided on the basis of scientific task and the current manage system is reformed to innovate the training mode of postgraduate, to strengthen the construction of supervisor team, the training condition and circumstance, and to make progress of quality.
