摘　　要：万众创新的时代背景对于专利翻译人才提出了迫切需求。本文以西安外国语大学高级翻译学院校企合作项目为基础,阐述"互联网+"环境下的双项目驱动型专利翻译人才培养模式,详细介绍该模式的设计理念和具体运行方式,并结合学生翻译质量测评大数据及学生问卷反馈介绍模式的培养效果。本文提出,该教学模式是建构主义教育哲学在专利翻译教学中的积极运用,可望为相关院校开展专利翻译教学乃至其他领域的翻译教学提供借鉴。The current prevalence of mass innovation has brought about an urgent demand for patent translators. This paper,with an example of college-enterprise cooperation projects of the STS of XISU,illustrates a double-project-driven talent cultivation mode for patent translators in the era of Internet Plus,explores in detail its design philosophy and specific operation pattern,and reports its cultivation effect on the basis of students‘ translation quality assessment as well as students' feedback in the questionnaires. The paper points out that this cultivation mode,as an effective application of the constructivist educational philosophy in the teaching of patent translation,is hopefully to provide some food for thought for other institutions in their similar endeavors.
