开放教育资源共享机制及其质量监控体系构建研究

摘　　要：在我国教育资源短缺以及分布不平衡的国情下要办好开放教育必须要走教育资源共享之路。近些年关于开放教育资源共享的研究很多也取得了相应的成效,但是对资源共享的运行机制、质量监控等方面的研究还是比较有限的。文章在厘定开放教育资源共享基本要求的基础上提出资源共享的必要机制,以期为国家开放大学教育教学资源建设提供有效借鉴。Under the situation of educational resources shortage and unbalanced distribution in our country, it is necessary to take the ways of sharing educational resources in open education. In recent years, many studies on the sharing of open educational resources have also achieved corresponding results, but there still lacks the research on resource sharing mechanism and its quality control. On the basis of sorting out the essential requirements of resource sharing, this paper puts forward the necessary mechanism of the open education resource sharing, in order to provide an effective reference for the construction of the national open university education and teaching resources.
