摘 要:目的:研究不同提取方法对大花红景天多糖的DPPH自由基清除能力的影响.方法:以文献及前期实验优化条件,采用热水浸提法、微波提取法、超声辅助水提法和超声辅助碱提法对大花红景天进行提取,提取物以1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除法评价多糖的自由基清除能力.结果:不同提取方法对DPPH自由基清除能力为超声辅助碱提法>超声辅助水提法>热水浸提法>微波提取法.结论:利用超声辅助碱提大花红景天多糖,其多糖得率及对DPPH自由基清除能力均较高.Objects : To study the effect of DPPH free radical scavenging activity on the polysaccharides. Meth- ods:the polysaccharides from R. Crenulata were extracted by the hot water, the microwave, the ultrasonic wave-assisted with water, and the ultrasonic wave-assisted with alkali, and the free radical scavenging activity of all polysaccharides were evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). Results:the scavenging activity of DPPH free radical: polysaccharides with the ultrasonic wave-assisted alkali extraction 〉 polysaccharides with the ultrasonic wave-assisted water extraction 〉 polysaccharides with hot water extraction 〉 polysaccharides with the microwave extraction. Conclusion: the extraction yield and the scavenging activity of DPPH free radical of R. crenulata polysaccharide with the ultrasonic wave-assisted alkali extraction were higher than those with other extraction ways.
