校企合作平台在研究生创新能力培养中的作用探析

摘　　要：研究生教育大多以科研能力培养为主,而忽视其工程实践与创新能力的培养。将校企合作平台引入到研究生培养阶段上,设置基于工程实践能力的高级课程,聘请项目专家作为兼职教师提升研究生与教学团队实践应用能力,将课题选定与企业实际项目相结合,在项目完成过程中提升其实践能力,开拓创新思维,促进研究生创新能力培养。Postgraduate education was mainly based on the ability of scientific research,while ignoring its culture of engineering practice and innovative ability.The school enterprise cooperation platform was introduced into the training stage of the graduate students in this paper.The advanced courses based on engineering practice was set,and project experts as part-time teachers were employed to improve the practical ability of the postgraduates and the teaching team.The selected project was combined with the actual program of the enterprise.In the process of project completion,the practical ability of graduate students was improved,the innovative thinking was explored,and the cultivation of innovative ability was promoted.
