高职学生职业素质与职业能力的培养方案设计

摘　　要：高职以培养社会需要的技术型人才为主,对学生的动手能力具有非常高的要求。但是很多高职学生即便拥有非常扎实的理论功底,在动手能力上却较弱,职业素养也不高,无法在工作中表现出自己的热情。基于这样的情况,我国各大高职院校必须完善教学,对学生的职业素颜和职业能力进行培养,结合实际丰富课堂教学内容,注重学生全面能力的提高,并养成他们良好的道德素质,设计教学的科学方案,为社会输送更多的人才。Higher vocational colleges aim at cultivating technology-based talents who are needed by the society, so they have a very high demand to students＇ manipulative ability. Despite of a solid theoretical foundation, many higher vocational students are weak in practical ability and lack of professional quality, so they can not show their enthusiasm in the work. Based on this situation, the higher vocational colleges must improve their teaching and cultivate students＇ occupational quality and ability. They should also enrich classroom teaching content based on practical situation, pay attention to improving students＇ comprehensive ability, cultivate their good moral quality, and design scientific teaching plans to deliver more talents for the society.
