摘  要:目的对儿科护理带教过程中存在的问题进行探讨,针对已确认的问题给予合理应对措施。方法分析2015年4月—2016年4月来我院进行实习的本、专科护生的所有资料与临床数据,研究儿科护理中对本、专科护生实行带教的相关问题,给出有效解决方案。结果在本、专科护生实习中实行带教之后可以提升实习护生的知识掌握度,增加护生实践理论能力。结论在儿科护理实习过程中给予本、专科护生实习带教的教育效果较好,儿科护理实习作为临床实习中比较重要的组成部分可以帮助护生将理论联系实际,并改善儿科护理实习护生的技术水平,全面提升实习的效果与质量。Objective To explore the problems existing in the teaching process of pediatric nursing, and then give a reasonable response to the problems that have been confirmed. Methods All the information and clinical data of nursing practice of undergraduate students from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were studied, relevant problems of teaching for pediatric nursing undergraduate and college nursing students were analysed. Results Practice teaching for nursing undergraduate and students can improve the knowledge and practical ability of students. Conclusion Practice teaching is effective on nursing specialist in the process of pediatric nursing practice, as an important part of education, nursing clinical practice in pediatrics can help students to integrate theory with practice and improve pediatric nursing level, enhance the effectiveness and quality of internship.
