摘  要:以常州装备制造业企业新生代员工为例,采用多种方式收集调查问卷并分析数据,得出结论:制造企业员工社会责任、员工忠诚度和企业绩效三者之间呈正相关关系。制造企业积极履行新生代员工薪酬责任、保障责任、道德责任及发展责任可以同时提高员工忠诚度和企业绩效。建议在加强"以人为本"的企业文化建设,完善员工社会保障制度的同时把员工忠诚度管理作为人力资源管理的重点,使制造企业更好地履行新生代员工社会责任。Taking the new-generation employees of the manufacturing industry in Changzhou as an example with several questionnaire collection ways and data analysis, the study finds out that the social responsibility of employees of the manufacturing industry, employee loyalty and enterprise performance have a positive correlation. Manufacturing enterprises could raise the employee loyalty and enterprise performance at the same time by fulfilling the payment responsibility, security responsibility, moral responsibility, and development responsibility of new-generation employees. To better fulfill the social responsibility, enterprises should attach importance to the management of employee loyalty in addition to enhancing the building of a people-oriented company culture and improving the social security system of the employees.
