摘 要:近年来医患关系已经成为全社会关注的焦点问题,医疗纠纷发生率不断升高。医患沟通不良或开展医疗行为过程中对医德重视不足,是导致出现医疗纠纷甚至医患冲突的重要原因。因此我们通过重视医生的医德培养及医患沟通技巧培训,能够有效的避免很多不必要的医患纠纷。文章介绍了笔者所在单位近几年在泌尿外科住院医师规培中引入医德教育和医患沟通技巧培训的经验和体会,以泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训为样本介绍如何将我们的医德及医患沟通技巧教育与我们的高等医学教育进行有机结合,为更好的完成住院医师规培同时构建和谐医患关系积累经验。The relationship between doctors and patients has become the focus of the whole society recently, and the incidence of medical disputes continues to increase. It was showed that poor communication between doctors and patients or lack of attention to medical ethics was an important reason leading to medical disputes and even conflicts between doctors and patients. We should pay more attention to education of medical ethics and doctor-patient communication skills training, it would be very effective to avoid a lot of unnecessary disputes between doctors and patients. This paper introduced the experience of education of medical ethnic and doctor-patient communication skills in standard training of urology residents. Taking standard training of urology resident as a sample, this paper introduces how to combine our medical ethics and doctor-patient communication skills education with our higher medical education. It is helpful for standard training of urology residents and building harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
