摘  要:目的探讨应用师生角色互换与微信教学法在临床教学中的作用,评估通过师生角色互换与微信教学法结合在学生教学中的应用及其效果。方法选择内蒙古医科大学2013级本科消化内科临床实习生60名学生为研究对象,分成实验与对照两组,实验组使用师生角色互换与微信教学法进行教学,对照组按传统讲授式教学。结果 90%以上的同学对师生角色互换的主观感觉较好,对微信教学管理的评价较高;实验组学生的平均成绩(80.7±4.7)分,高于传统教学组(74.5±5.9)分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论师生角色互换与微信教学法结合的方式有助于提高学生的实践技能及对理论知识的理解,同时锻炼了学生的逻辑思维能力,为消化内科学临床教学改革提供了新的思路和模式。Objective To explore the role of the role of exchange between teachers and students and We Chat teaching method in clinical teaching, evaluation of the role of the exchange between teachers and students and the use of We Chat teaching method in the teaching of students in the application and its effect. Methods Inner Mongolia Medical University2013 affiliated clinical undergraduate interns 60 students as the research object, divided into experimental and control group two, the experimental group used the exchange of roles in teaching and teaching method of We Chat, the control group according to the traditional lecture style teaching. Results More than 90% of the students on the role of teachers and students of the subjective feeling was better, We Chat teaching management evaluation is higher; the experimental group students average score(80.7±4.7) points, higher than the traditional teaching group(74.5±5.9) points, P0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The exchange of roles with We Chat teaching method is helpful to improve the students' practical skills and understanding of theoretical knowledge, and exercise the students' logical thinking ability and provides a new way of thinking and mode of Gastroenterology clinical teaching reform.
