摘　　要：环境工程微生物学是环境工程专业的专业基础课,通过改革实验课程内容设置突出实验间知识点的联系,加强视频教学应用,突出电力特色推进工程创新人才培养基地建设,加强教师队伍建设,改进教学方法,加强试题库建设等方面课程改革建设及实践,完善网络平台等方面的努力,增强了学生动手能力,激发了学生主动性,并提高学生分析解决问题的能力,取得了较好的教学效果。Environmental engineering microbiology is professional basic course of environmental engineering major. By reforming the experimental course content the knowledge point of contact between the experiment can be set, the teaching of video applications and construction of teachers＇ team have been strengthened. During the period of retbrmation, teaching methods has been improved, the network platform has been perfected, the student ability has been enhanced, and the students＇ initiative has been inspired. In the end, students＇ ability to analysis and solve problems has been improved.
