摘 要:为了研究混合驱动型水下滑翔机低速螺旋桨的几何设计参数,了解其与推进效率的关系,通过螺旋桨曲线算法计算桨叶特征点,并建立三维模型,基于升力线理论研究螺旋桨直径、转速、叶宽分布、厚度分布等几何参数对螺旋桨水动力性能的影响,运用流体力学仿真分析软件验证螺旋桨的水动力性能。对比分析结果可知:直径及转速对螺旋桨推进效率影响较大,叶宽及厚度分布对其影响较小;根据流体力学分析可知桨毂对螺旋桨推进效率有一定的影响,同时可得低速情况下推进效率较高的螺旋桨叶片设计参数。结果表明,低载荷螺旋桨在低转速、大直径、小叶宽分布、小厚度分布下的推进效率较高,可达0.73。To study the geometric parameters of low rotation propeller for hybrid underwater glider,the propulsive efficiency of the propeller was analyzed.The coordinates of blade characteristic points were calculated using curve algorithm,and the three-dimensional solid model built using 3D modeling software.The propeller hydrodynamic performance was analyzed according to the lifting line theory to study the impacting factors of the propulsive efficiency such as the diameter,rotation velocity,the cord to diameter ratio and thickness distribution.The propeller hydrodynamic performance was verified by the fluid dynamics analysis software.The results of comparative analysis show that the diameter and the rotation have a great impact on the propulsive efficiency,and that the cord to diameter ratio and thickness distribution have little effect on the propulsive efficiency.In addition,the hub has little effect on the propulsive efficiency through fluid dynamics analysis.At the same time,the parameters of the propeller with the features low rotation,high efficiency can be obtained.The results show low load propeller has high efficiency under conditions of low rotation,large diameter,small chord distribution and small thinkness distribution,and the propulsive efficiency up to 0.73.
