摘  要:目的:探讨脑卒中ICF核心要素量表与脑卒中常用功能性测量表之间的相关性。方法:50例脑卒中患者进行脑卒中ICF核心要素量表、Fugl-Meyer量表、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评定,用Pearson系数、Kappa值、Cronbachα值系数进行相关检验,以评测ICF量表的效度、信度和内容一致性。结果:Kappa值均在0.676~0.958(P〈0.001)之间,具有良好的重测信度和评定员间信度,一致性良好;Cronbachα系数在身体功能、活动与参与、环境因素方面有较好的一致性;ICF核心要素量表中身体功能方面与Fugl-Meyer、活动参与方面与MBI均呈现出较好的负相关性。结论:ICF核心要素量表具有一定的可靠性和有效性,能较好地反映脑卒中患者的肢体运动功能和日常生活能力。Objective:To investigate the correlation between Stroke ICF Core Element Scale and Stroke Common Functional Scale. Methods:Using Stroke ICF Core Element Scale,Fugl-Meyer Scale,Modified Barthel Index(MBI) to assess 50 cases of stroke patients,performing the correlation test with Pearson coefficient,Kappa value and Cronbach alpha coefficient to evaluate the validity,reliability and content consistency of the ICF Scale. Results:The Kappa values were between 0.676-0.958(P0.001),with a good test-retest reliability and inter-rater reliability,the evaluation outcomes of two raters had a better consistency;Cronbach alpha coefficient had a good consistency in body functions,activities,participation and the environmental factors. There was a negative correlation between MBI and the physical function,Fugl-Meyer,activity participation in ICF Core Element Scale. Conclusion:The ICF Core Elements Scale has a certain reliability and validity,which can reflect the function of body movement and the ability of daily life in stroke patients.
