论大国工匠精神

摘　　要：大国工匠精神就是在某个行业或职业中通过"师徒制"所形成的爱岗敬业、精益求精的职业理念与工作态度,不仅在本国很有影响力,而且在世界上被广泛地学习和传颂;其精髓是注重细节,追求极致,诚心正意,术有专攻,大国气魄,匠人风骨。这种精神之所以能够培育与弘扬,最基本的条件是要有优良的社会教育文化环境来滋养。重实业,强实业,就能在其中孕育出大国工匠精神,并在社会各行业弘扬这种精神,"中国制造"就会通过"中国创造"转型为"大国制造",各行业的发展与社会整体的服务水平就能够跻身于国际发达水平的行列,为世人倾心瞩目。The ＂craftsman spirit of great power＂ means a kind of idea and attitude in industry or occupation, such as loving one＇ s job and endeavoring to do something, it is admired and eulogized around the world. Its core features are being detail-oriented, a pursuit of perfection, being earnest and sincere, and so on. A favorable social and cultural environment is important for cultivating and inheriting these spirits. Industry is essential to a strong and prosperous country, and the ＂craftsman spirit of great power＂ is rooted in strong industry. A country should have its own craftsman spirits by strengthening its industry and popularizing it, and then to transfer the idea of ＂made in China＂ to being ＂made in Great power＂, to reach the goal of becoming one of the advanced countries in the world and attracting the attention of the whole world.
