校园文化建设视阈下的高职院校思想政治工作探析——以连云港职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：习近平总书记提出要把思想政治工作贯穿高校教育教学全过程。基于"立德树人"这一中心环节,思想政治工作既是高校教育教学的出发点,也是高校教育教学的增长点,更是高校教育教学的最终点。优秀的校园文化建设可以成为高校思想政治工作的助推器,从高职院校思想政治工作的重要性着手,首先论述了校园文化的内涵及其层次,其次阐释了以社会主义核心价值观建设校园文化的指导思想,最后提出了校园文化建设创建的"五个共同体",以此推动高职院校思想政治工作的不断前进。The General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the ideological and political work shall penetrate the whole process of higher education and teaching.Based on the central link of Moral Education,the ideological and political work is not only the starting point in higher education and teaching,but also the development point and also the final goal.The excellent campus culture construction may be the booster of the work.Beginning with the importance of the ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges,the paper first discusses the connotation of campus culture and its hierarchy,then explains the guideline with socialist core values in the construction of campus culture,and finally puts forward Five Community created in the construction of campus culture so as to push the ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges to move forward.
