摘　　要：国家出台了一系列推进现代职业教育体系建设的文件和行动计划，地方高职院校亟需重新定位自身办学发展理念，契合市场规则，进行体制与机制改革，完善内部治理结构，进一步规划自身发展理念和发展策略．The state has issued a series of documents and action plans to promote the construction of the modern vo- cational education system. The local vocational colleges need to reposition itself development ideas, fit the market rules, reform the system and mechanism, improve the internal governance structure, and fatherly plan their own de- velopment concepts and development strategies.
