摘  要:2015年从新疆地区14个地(州、市)市售7类940份食品中,共分离得到49株金黄色葡萄球菌,阳性率为5.21%。除调味品、烘焙及油炸类食品未检出外,熟肉制品、肉与肉制品、餐饮食品、地方特色食品、乳与乳制品的检出率分别为10.00%,7.89%,6.25%,5.00%,2.86%。同时,从分离得到的49株金黄色葡萄球菌菌株中共检出36株耐药菌,耐药率为73.47%,其中1株为6重耐药的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA),其余35株为单一或多重耐药的甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)。对抗生素的耐药率从高到低依次为红霉素(ERY)57.14%,克林霉素(CLI)53.06%,四环素(TET)46.94%,环丙沙星(CIP)24.49%,庆大霉素(GEN)8.16%,苯唑西林(OXA)2.04%,头孢西丁(CFX)2.04%,甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲噁唑(SXT)2.04%,万古霉素(VAN)0,达托霉素(DAP)0,氯霉素(CHL)0。There are 49 Staphylococcus aureus strains are isolated from 940 foods in 7 kinds groceries from 14 areas in 2015,and the, positive rate is 5.21%. In addition to the condiments, baked and fried foods have no pollution, cooked meat products,meat and meat products,food,local characteristics food,milk and dairy products are 10.00%,7.89%,6.25%,5.00%,2.86%. At the same time,36 strains of drug- resistant bacteria detection resistant rate of 73.47% are isolated from the49 strains of Staphylococcus aureus strains. 1 for 6 drug- resistant strains of methicillin- resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),and the remaining 35 for single or multiple drug- resistant strains of methicillin sensitive Staphylococcus aureus(MSSA). Irologic resistance to antibiotics from high to low are erythromycin(ERY) 57.14%,clindamycin 53.06%(CLI),tetracycline(TET) and ciprofloxacin(CIP) 46.94% to 24.49%, gentamicin(GEN) 8.16%, benzene azole westwood(OXA) and cefoxitin provided(CFX) are 2.04%,2.04%,methyl benzyl oxygen organism/sulfamethoxazole(SXT) 2.04%,vancomycin(VAN) 0,toxin(DAP) 0,chloramphenicol(CHL) 0.
