基础教育国际化视野下学生创新能力的培养——在“《教育与教学研究》2016年教育学术研讨会”上的学术报告

摘　　要：虽然目前教育界对要否"基础教育国际化"还存在不同理解、不同认识,但个人越来越感到基础教育国际化的重要性和迫切性,其并非仅仅"促进教育合作与交流"所能代替。基础教育国际化是教育发展的必然选择。要澄清各种模糊认识,树立基础教育国际化的战略思维,基础教育国际化与推进教育均衡发展、教育公平并不矛盾;通过开展区域国际化探索再到全方位探索,抓好课程建设与改革是其核心,应把提高教师的国际化素养放在核心地位;在国际化视野下培养学生的创新能力一定要重视发展通识教育,培养批判性思维、数学和科学的基础知识与能力、人文素养、国际理解能力、利用现代信息通讯(ICT)的技能、创造力。对基础教育阶段学生的创造力培养给予高度重视,要从小抓起,强调学生的生活体验并重视开展丰富多彩的课外活动,为学生构建知识基础,让学生学会发现问题,注重培养创新型教师,改革课堂教学,强调训练思维方法,改革学生评价方式,强调拔尖创新人才的培养,等等,这些国外经验都值得我国在学生创造力培养实践中借鉴。Although the education circles have different understanding on whether basic education should be internationalized, however, the author is more and more aware of the importance and urgency of the internationalization of basic education, and it cannot be replaced by promot- ing educational cooperation and exchanges. To clarify a variety of vague understanding,establish the strategic thinking of internationalization of basic education, there is no contradiction between the internationalization of basic education and promoting balanced development of education and educational equity. Through the exploration of regional internationalization and all-round exploration, it is the core to grasp the curriculum construction and reform and to improve the international accomplishment of teachers should be placed in the corn position. Importance must be attached to the development of general education in cultivating students＇ innovation ability in international perspective so as to cultivate the basic knowledge and ability of critical thlnking,mathematics and science,human literacy ,international understanding,the use of modem information communication technology（ICT） and creativity.Special attention shall be paid to the cultivation of students＇ creativity in the basic education stage, which should be started from childhood,and by emphasizing students＇ life experience and attaching importance to developing colorful extracurricular activities to build knowledge base for students and let them learn to find problems.At the same time, pay attention to the cultivation of innovative teachers,reform classroom teaching, and emphasize the training of thinking method;reform the assessment of the students, emphasizing the top-notch innovative talents, and so on, these foreign experiences are worthy of our reference in the practice of cultivating students＇ creativity.
