摘 要:在无速度传感器转速估算系统中,针对传统滑模变结构不连续开关特性引起的估算转速抖振现象,利用具有光滑连续特性的sigmoid()函数对传统变结构模型算法进行改进,设计了一种变结构模型参考自适应(VS-MRAS)的速度观测器,提高了估算的准确性;在此基础上,以趋近律算法作为优化手段,通过对传统等速趋近律算法公式的改进,设计了一种新型滑模转速调节器。通过仿真试验,改进后的变结构MRAS转速观测器跟随性良好,消除了抖振现象。将新型滑模转速调节器代替常规的PI转速调节器在VS-MRAS速度观测器的矢量控制系统中进行验证,结果表明所设计的转速调节器解决了转速超调量大的问题,从而使得估算误差减小。In the speed sensorless speed estimation system, according to the traditional sliding mode variable structure discontinuous switching characteristics caused by the estimated speed of the chattering phenomenon, with smooth continuous characteristic sigmoid( ) function to the traditional variable structure model algorithm was improved design a VS-MRAS structure model reference adaptive variable speed observer, to improve the accuracy of the estimation ; on this basis, to approach law algorithm as the optimizing means by the traditional constant speed reaching law algorithm formula improved, a new sliding mode speed regulator was designed. Through the simulation experiment, improved variable structure MRAS speed observer with the tracking performance was good, to eliminate the chattering phenomenon; then the novel sliding mode speed regulator to replace the conventional PI speed regulator in VS-MRAS speed observer for vector control system for verification. The results showed that the designed speed regulator solved the speed overshoot problem, so that the estimation error was reduced.
