摘 要:选取18头(28±2)d日龄的"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪(8.36±0.75)kg,采用完全随机试验设计,将试猪分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复1头猪,分别饲喂含合成亮氨酸0、0.27%、0.55%的低蛋白(16.90%CP)日粮,研究其对断奶仔猪采食后4 h内血浆游离氨基酸浓度变化的影响。试验结果表明,当断奶仔猪空腹(0 h)和采食后1 h以内,各组间的氨基酸浓度均无显著性变化(P>0.05)。采食后第2 h,中水平和高水平组缬氨酸的浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),高水平组异亮氨酸的浓度极显著高于对照组和中水平组(P<0.01),其余氨基酸浓度无显著差异(P>0.05);采食后第3 h,中水平和高水平组缬氨酸和异亮氨酸的浓度极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),精氨酸和赖氨酸的浓度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其余氨基酸浓度无显著变化(P>0.05);采食后第4 h,各组氨基酸浓度均无显著差异(P>0.05)。18 healthy three-line crossed(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshine) pigs [BW=(8.36±0.75) kg] were divided into 3 groups randomly in this experiment to evaluate the effects of leucine on variation of plasma free amino acids concentration in weaning pigs. The experimental pigs were arranged into 3 treatments with each treatment was repeated 6 times with 1 pig. Supplying the pigs with low protein diets contained 0, 0.27%, 0.55% leueine. The results showed: at o and 1 hour after ingestion, there were no significant differences between the three treats(P〉0.05); at 2 hours after ingestion, addition of 0.27% and 0.55% leucine both could significantly decrease plasma valine concentration(P〈0.05) compared with the control group, addition of 0.55% leucine could highly significantly increase plasma isoleucine concentration compared with the other two groups(P〈0.01); at 3 hours after ingestion, compared with the control group, addition of 0.27% and 0.55% leucine both could highly significantly decrease plasma valine and isoleucine concentration(P〈0.01) and significantly decrease plasma arginine and lysine concentration(P〈0.05); at 4 hours after ingestion, there were no significant differences between the three treats again(P〉0.05).
