职技高师开展应用型本科教育的SWOT分析及对策研究——以江苏理工学院为例

摘　　要：大力发展应用型本科教育,既是我国高等教育进入大众化阶段后,高等教育多样化发展的必然选择,也是我国经济结构转型升级对高等教育发展的迫切要求。通过SWOT分析,认为职技高师在开展应用型教育方面的优势是:有较为丰富的本科办学经验、重视实践教学的传统和较好的师资及校企合作基础等;劣势是:师生对发展应用型教育的认同度不高、与行业企业缺乏长效产学研合作机制、现有部分教学和管理制度不符合应用型人才培养的要求;机遇为:政策引导机遇、市场转型机遇、信息交通便捷机遇;挑战有:社会对应用型本科的认可度不高,高等教育系统内部生态位竞争激烈,市场经济对应用型人才和服务多样化、快节奏、善变性的需求。为此,职技高师应根据自身情况,确定复合型发展战略,抓住机遇、扬长避短、提升内涵、彰显特色,力争实现地方性、高水平、国际化的应用型本科发展目标。The development of applied undergraduate education is both an inevitable choice of higher education with its variety and an urgent need for its development in china＇ s economic structural trans- formation after it has entered into the popular stage. With SWOT analysis, this paper puts ： the advantages of vocational and technical higher normal educational institutions lie in that they have experiences in undergraduate education emphasizing practical teaching, good teachers team and well-based university-enterprise cooperation;the disadvantages lie in that both teachers and students do not have one-hundred-percent recognition of developing applied education, the long-term industry-university-research cooperation mechanism is lacked and part of the present teaching and administration mechanisms can not meet the need of its development; opportunities lie in policy orientation, market transformation and information and communication convenience; challenges lie in that the society does not wholly recognize applied undergraduate education, fierce competitions within higher educational system itself and market economic needs for applied talents who are to offer various types of service at a fast pace flexibly. So, these institutions should set compound developing strategies according to their own situations to snatch the opportunity, make the best use of their advantages and bypass the disad- vantages, improve their connotations, and display their characteristics so as to realize the goal of applied education to be local, high-level and international.
