摘  要:目的:探索老年服务与管理专业核心课程——"老年护理与保健"中高职有效衔接的路径。方法:多次召开人才培养方案论证会议,确定培养目标;设计调研问卷,对南京玄武中等专业学校14服务(4)班26名学生进行调研。结果:以《养老护理员国家职业资格标准》中高级大纲为依据,分别制订中高职课程标准;一半以上学生表示对本门课程的学习较为重视,并为课程的中高职衔接提出中肯的建议。结论:重视加强学生专业教育,在现有课程的基础上开设医学基础课程、强化公共基础课程学习、优化护理实训室建设、构建"双师型"教师队伍,鼓励中高职院校采用"互兼互聘"方式打造高质量师资队伍,保证"老年护理与保健"课程中高职有效衔接。Objective To explore the path to a valid connection of the secondary and higher vocational education on the core curriculum “Elderly Nursing and Health Care” of elderly service and administration major. Method : Setting the training goals through discussing talent training program. At the same time, make a survey to 26 students from Nanjing Xuanwu Secondary Vocational School by self-designed questionnaires. Results : Making secondary vocational and higher vocational curriculum standards respectively according to the intermediate and advanced grades of National Vocational Standard for Elderly Caregivers; over half of the students attached more importance to the course and gave relevant suggestions on the curriculum connection. Conclusion : Attach great importance to strengthening students’ vocational education, open medical elementary courses, strengthen public basic courses, optimize the nursing labs building, construct “ dual role” teacher groups, create high-quality teachers team through encouraging teachers to work part-time in both schools, which enhancing effectively the curriculum connection of the secondary and higher vocational education.
