摘　　要：习近平总书记形成了系统全面的传统文化观,强调博大精深的思想文化尤其是其中的核心精神,也论及传统文化的历史脉络与表现形式;认为传统文化是"中国具体实际"的组成部分、是中国化马克思主义的思想资源、是独特的民族优势、是中国精神与力量源泉;具有深厚滋养思想文化建设、深刻影响制度构建、深度启迪治国理政、深层启示具体工作的现代价值;我们需要在探索弘扬传统文化的基本原则、诠释传统文化的基本思路和传播传统文化的实施路径中推进传统文化的发展创新。General Secretary Xi Jinping has a systematic and comprehensive view on traditional Chinese cultural. He stresses the broad and profound conceptual culture, especially the core of the spirit, but also addresses the historical context and expressive mode of traditional culture. He sees the traditional culture as an important aspect of the “Chinese concrete reality”,the rich ideological resources of Chinese Marxism, the unique national advantage, and the source of the Chinese spirit and power. He discusses the modern value and profound effect on the contemporary culture construction, the social system construction, the way of the governance, and the specific affairs solution. Finally he focuses on the development and innovation of traditional culture that needs to explore the basic principles, interpretation method and propagation path.
