基于生命周期理论的木材加工企业经营策略分析

摘　　要：分析了木材加工企业所处的生命周期阶段并探索了企业经营策略,在借鉴典型企业生命周期模型的基础上,分析了我国木材加工企业销售额曲线图,提出我国木材加工企业处在生命周期的成长期末期。指出要提高木材加工企业竞争优势,应积极开发产品新市场、重视技术创新与产品创新,提高管理效率与管理创新。The life cycle stage that wood processing enterprises are going through is analyzed, enterprise operation strategies are explored,the sales volume chart of our country’s forestry processing enterprises is analyzed based on a typical enterprise life cycle model and it is pointed out that the wood processing enterprises in China is at the end of the growth period of the life cycle. It is also pointed out that to improve the competitive advantages of wood processing enterprises, it is necessary to develop a new market for products, attach importance to technological innovation and product creativity and enhance management efficiency and management innovation.
