上海市某高校二年级医学生医患关系意识的现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查在现代医学模式下医学生对医患关系的认知现状。方法抽取来自上海市某医学院535名二年级学生,采用自设问卷调研的形式,对在现代医学模式下医学生的医患关系意识现状进行调查。结果仅38.7%的医学生表示了解现代医学模式;84.7%的医学生认为临床诊疗的是有病的人;有97.8%的医学生认为医患关系是十分重要的,且有92.5%的医学生认为目前医患关系处于紧张的状态;89.4%的医学生认为应当加强医学人文教育。结论现代医学模式下树立良好的医患关系意识是十分必要的;加强医学人文教育、完善医学人文教育体系;理论型及应用型医学人文课程相结合;医学生科学医患关系意识的培养需要社会外环境的积极引导。Objective To investigate the status quo of medical studentsr awareness of doctor - patient relationship in modem medical model. Methods 535 sophomores from a medical school in Shanghai were enrolled to investigate the status quo of doctor - patient relationship awareness among medical students under the modem medical model by self - designed questionnaires. Results Only 38. 7% of the medical students knew about modem medical model. 8 4 . 7 % of the medical students thought that clinical diagnosis and treatment targeted for sick people. 97. 8 % of the medical students thought the physician - patient relationship was very important, and 92. 5% believed that the current doctor - patient relationship was in tension. 89.4% of medical students thought that medical humanistic education should be strengthened. Conclusion It is necessary to establish good awareness of physician - patient relationship under modem medical model, strengthen the medical humanistic education and improve the education system. Theoretical and applied medical humanistic courses should be combined. Medical studentsr awareness of the physician - patient relationship needs to be actively guided by the social environment.
