摘  要:对Turbo PMAC控制器的S曲线加减速算法进行研究,结合引线键合机过片电机实际应用,规划出合适的S曲线轨迹。最后通过实验表明,该S曲线提高了系统的稳定性和柔性,并为LED引线键合机的加减速控制提供了可靠的参考。S-curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm for Turbo PMAC controller was researched in this paper, a suitable S-curve trajectory was planned, combining with actual application of off-chip motor of wire bonding. Finally, experimental results show that S-curve improves the stability and flexibility of the system, and provide a more reliable reference for the acceleration and deceleration control of LED wire bonding.
