摘 要:目的比较CBL结合CP教学法与多媒体教学在妇产科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015年5~9月在我科见习的182名五年制本科生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组(92例)和对照组(90例)。实验组采用CBL结合CP教学法,对照组采用多媒体教学法,教学结束后采用考试和问卷调查的方式进行评价。结果实验组的病例分析成绩、临床操作成绩及总成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在提高学习兴趣、医患沟通、团队合作、解决问题、临床思维能力、临床实践等方面的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CBL结合CP教学法可提高教学效果。Objective To compare the application effect of CBL combined with CP teaching method and multimedia teaching in gynecology and obstetrics teaching.Methods 182 undergraduate students in our department from May to September in 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group (92 cases) and the control group (90 cases).The experimental group was given CBL combined with CP teaching method,while the control group was given CP teaching method.After teaching,examination and questionnaire investigation were used to evaluate.Results Both of case analysis scores and clinical operating results,the total results in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.05).The satisfaction degree in improving learning interest,doctor-patient communication,teamwork,problem-solving,clinical thinking ability,clinical practice in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.01).Conclusion CBL combined with CP teaching method can enhance teaching effect.
