药学专业波谱解析课程教学方法研究

摘　　要：波谱解析课程是利用波谱手段解析化合物结构的一门课程,是药学专业较难学的课程之一。该门课程与仪器分析、药物化学、有机化学、物理化学等课程相互渗透及融合,其课程教学在培养医药人才的应用技能及创新能力方面起到独特的作用。在课程的教学实践中,从激发学习兴趣、优化教学内容、多媒体教学、运用多种教学方式、优化考核体系等方面进行探讨与总结,提高教学效果。通过本门课程的教学,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。Spectrum analysis course as one of the most difficult courses to learn in pharmacy major aims at analyzing the compound structure by spectrum.The course mixes with other courses like instrumental analysis, pharmaceutical chemistry,organic chemistry,physical chemistry and so on.The course plays a unique role in cultivating application skills and innovation ability for medical elites.In the process of teaching practice,aspects including stimulation of learning interest,optimization of teaching contents,muhimediateaching,muhiple teaching approaches,and optimization of evaluation system were discussed and summarized,which improved teaching effect.Through learning the course,the abilities to analyze and solve problems are developed in medical students.
