摘 要:针对在汽车行驶过程中桥壳容易发生疲劳破坏的情况,使用了一种操作方便、成本低、数据可靠的方法来获取桥壳处的动载荷信号.采集了汽车行驶在搓板路、鱼鳞坑路和扭曲路这3种典型路面上时桥壳处受到的加速度信号,通过对轮胎悬架系统进行求解计算得到桥壳处受到的力信号,以该力信号作为输入载荷对该桥壳进行了疲劳寿命预测,预测结果符合常理,该方法具有可参考性.Aiming at the case of fatigue damage of axle housing while the car is in motion,the dynamic load signal was obtained by a method with convenient operation,low cost and reliable data.Firstly,the acceleration signal of the axle housing was collected when the vehicle travel on three typical kinds of road surface,which include washboard road,pit road and twisted road Secondly,the force signal of the axle housing was obtained by solving the suspension system.Finally,Input the force signal as a load to predict the fatigue life of axle housing.The forecast is reasonable,and this method is referential.
