摘 要:以某型号汽车加强板为研究对象,设计了联合工装模具。建立了工件成形各工序有限元模型,使用有限元仿真软件Dynaform对加强板冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟,获得了该零件在拉延成形过程中的成形极限图,并进行了相关的实验验证。模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好,说明了所建立的全工序有限元模型的有效性。分析了成形过程中起皱和拉裂的原因,得出了压边力和拉延筋位置对成形质量的影响规律。研究结果表明,通过调节压边力及拉延筋的设置,有效地改善了拉延件成形过程中出现的起皱和开裂问题,进而有效地提高了产品的成形质量。For the automobile reinforcing plate,the joint tooling die was designed. Then,the finite element model of multi- step process was developed,and the numerical simulation of stamping process for the automobile reinforcing plate was carried out by the finite element software DYNAFORM. Therefore,the forming limit diagram of workpiece was obtained,and the corresponding experiment was carried out. The simulated results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which shows the validity of the present finite element model. Causes of the wrinkling and cracking during the forming process were analyzed,and the influences of blank holder force and position of drawbeads on forming quality were studied. Results show that by adjusting the blank-holder force and the drawbead setting,the wrinkling and cracking problem in the drawing process are solved,and the forming quality of product is improved effectively.
