摘 要:为了改善现阶段巡线小型旋翼无人机在降雨环境下巡检性能参差不齐的现状,根据无人机在降雨环境下的巡检功能要求,在分析降雨对飞行性能影响的基础上,有针对性地确定系统参数,采用西门子S7-200控制器构建了适用于小型旋翼无人机巡线的模拟降雨系统,阐述了系统的硬件组成、控制算法及软件实现,该系统可自动调节降雨强度、实时显示并存储试验数据。试验测试结果表明,系统稳定可靠,可检测小型旋翼无人机在降雨环境下的巡检性能,对于大、中型旋翼以及固翼等无人机的巡检性能试验开发具有重要意义。In order to improve the uneven inspection performances of small size rotor UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle) under the condition of rainfall,according to the test demands of small size rotor UAV applied to power line inspection in rainfall,based on analysis on the effect of rainfall on flight performance,the main system technical indicators are assured,and an artificial rainfall simulative system applied to small rotor patrol UAV is designed by using Siemens S7-200 controller.The hardware compositions,control algorithm and software implementation are elaborated.The system can automatically adjust the rainfall intensity,real-time display and store the test data.Test results show that the system is stable and reliable,and can detect the inspection ability of the small size rotor UAV in rainfall environment,and has great significance for the inspection performance test and development of large,medium-sized rotor and fixed wing UAVs.
