摘　　要：目的护士身体健康直接关系到医院医疗工作的顺利开展,关系到护理质量和护理水平。文中分析南京军区南京总医院聘用制护士的健康体检结果,旨在发现健康问题,为制定切实有效的干预措施提供依据。方法对南京军区南京总医院2502名聘用制护士2014-2015年2年的健康体检结果异常率进行分析,率的比较用χ2检验,配对计数资料的比较用Mc Nemar检验。结果统计结果显示,体检结果全部正常者仅占体检总人次的38.4%,其中2015年度体检异常率(64.8%)较2014年(58.0%)有所升高,结果有统计学意义(χ2=12.243,P<0.01)。受检聘用制护士疾病谱较广,其中,血液检验异常结果占48.2%,物理检查异常结果占51.8%,前三位健康问题分别为乳腺增生、低密度胆固醇偏高和宫颈炎。结论聘用制护士健康状况不容忽视,应引起自身的关注和领导部门的重视,并施以相关干预。Objective The physical health of nurse is directly related to the development of hospital medical course as well as the nursing quality. This paper aim to find out the health problems, and provide foundation for developing effective interventions, through analyzing the results of physical examination of contract nurses in a Nanjing General Hospital. Methods We analyzed the abnormal physical examination results rates of 2502 contract nurses in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region from 2014 to 2015 . The abnormal rates were compared using X2 test, paired count data were compared using the McNemar test. Results The results showed that only 38.4% physical examination results were completely normal. The abnormal rate in 2015 （64.8） was significantly higher than the unormal rate in 2014 （58.0%） （X2 = 12.243, P〈0.01 ）. The spectrum of diseases in contract nurses was relative broad, abnormal blood test results and abnormal physical examination results accounted for 48.2% and 51.8%, respectively. The top three health problems were breast hyperplasia, high low-density cholesterol, and cervicitis. Conclusion The status of health in the contract nurses can not be ignored. We should pay more attention to the status of their health and implement relevant interventions.
