摘　　要：化工原理是化工类相关专业必需的一门技术基础课,是培养现代工业所需应用型人才的重要理论课程。结合课程特点和教学实践,作者从提高教师教学能力、激发学生学习兴趣、强化学生工程实训三个方面探索改进化工原理教学效果的措施。Principle of Chemical Engineering is an essential professional basic course for chemical engineering majors. And it is an important theory course in cultivating applied talents for modem industry. Based on the course characteristics and teaching practice, the measures to improve quality of teaching were discussed, which contain improving the teachers＇ teaching ability, inspiring students＇ learning interest, strengthening engineering training.
