摘　　要：经过多年的发展,物流行业在我国迎来了井喷的繁荣时代。随之而来的是物流用工荒的难题。高校物流教育和职业物流教育两种不同的教育方式与实际物流人才需求之间存在极大的矛盾。现代学徒制的理念、内涵、教育模式能够提高物流职业教育的质量,在一定程度上解决目前物流职业教育的难题。After years of development,the Chinese logistics industry in the peak period. However,we must face the logistics labor shortage problem. There is a serious contradiction between education in colleges and Universities logistics education and vocational logistics education. Modern Apprenticeship can Improve the quality of Logistics vocational education,maybe is a way to solve the problem of logistics vocational education at present.
