摘　　要：将法律关系分析工具运用到具体案例教学中,通过对实际案例的分析使学生学会适用物流法律法规的法律条文的假定、处理和制裁。目的是运用案例教学锻炼和提高学生独立分析问题、解决问题的能力,培养和提高学生的实践技能,培养出真正符合社会需要的高技能物流管理人才。The legal relationship analysis tool is applied to specific case teaching to learn logistics laws and regulations of law assumption,processing,and sanctions through the analysis of actual case. In order to exercise and improve students＇ ability of independent analysis and solving problem,train and improve the students＇ practical skills,cultivate the real social needs skilled logistics management personnel through case teaching.
