《伤寒卒病论》书名的意义

摘　　要：《金匮要略》"杂病"之说概念未清。"杂病"与"伤寒"并非清晰而相对的分类,"杂病"是对《金匮要略》篇目方式的形容,因其内容较为繁杂、凌乱、多样,而不如《伤寒论》中具有三阴三阳的系统,故言其为杂病。以"杂病"之说解释仲景书的特点,概念不清,不如以"卒病"概念释之。"卒病"是张仲景的写作重点,但不代表其中不可讨论"痼疾",因"痼疾"基础上所出现的"卒病",其诊治的原则更为复杂,故篇中不少内容即从此角度进行论述。张仲景以"卒病"为写作重点,而痼疾则作顺带讨论,以《卒病论》作为书名,更能显出其写作目的,亦能够打破《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》分属"外感"与"杂病"的错误概念,恢复本为一书的统一思想。The concept of ＂Zabing （miscellaneous disease）＂ in Synopsis of Golden Chamber is not clear. ＂Miscellaneous disease＂ and ＂cold damage＂ are not clear and opposite categories. ＂ Miscellaneous disease＂ indicates the chapters and styles in the Synop- sis of Golden Chamber because the content is complex and various,unliking the system of three yin and three yang in Shang Han- Inn （ Treatise on Cold-Induced Disease）. For this reason, it is called miscellaneous disease. ＂Zabing （miscellaneous disease）＂ can not explain the characteristic of Zhongjing＇s classics because its concept is not clear. ＂Zubing＂ is the key point in this book ,but it doesn＇t represent ＂chronic illness＂. Based on chronic illness,the therapeutic principle and treatment of Zubing are more com- plicated. Therefore,＂ Zubing＂ as the title of this book can more clearly present the purpose of this book,and also breaks the am- biguous concepts of ＂febrile disease＂ and ＂miscellaneous disease＂ in Treatise on Cold Damage and Synopsis of Golden Chamber restore the unity thought of this book.
