摘　　要：我国少数民族和民族地区经济社会发展普遍滞后,教育发展不均衡,劳动者素质整体上看仍然较低。大力推进职业教育扶贫,提升少数民族和民族地区贫困人口的文化素质和职业技能,增强脱贫致富能力,成为教育精准扶贫的一大方向和重要途径。本文揭示了黑龙江少数民族和民族地区职业教育现状、存在的问题,论述了职业教育服务少数民族和民族地区精准扶贫精准脱贫的促进作用,阐述了黑龙江民族职业学院专业独特的扶贫优势和职业教育服务黑龙江少数民族和民族地区精准扶贫精准脱贫对策与措施,为进一步开展职业教育服务黑龙江少数民族和民族地区精准扶贫精准脱贫工作奠定了基础与借鉴。This paper revealed the present situation, existing problems in the vocational education in the ethnic minority concentrated area of Heilongjiang Province, addressed the service of vocational education for the ethnic minority and the promotion to the targeted poverty alleviation, expounded the particular advantage of Heilongjiang Nationality Vocational College, the countermeasures, laying foundation and providing reference to the work in this aspect.
