摘  要:目的了解福州市食物中毒沙门菌血清型、耐药性和毒力基因分布情况,为预防该菌引起的食物中毒提供实验依据。方法采用国家标准检测方法进行沙门菌检验,测定抗菌药的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值进行耐药性研究,PCR扩增检测毒力基因。结果 18株不同来源的沙门菌中,肠炎沙门菌15株,占83.3%,不同来源的沙门菌血清型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。18株不同来源沙门菌多重耐药率为100.0%;红霉素、阿奇霉素、庆大霉素、头孢唑啉、头孢西丁耐药率均为100.0%,氨苄西林(AMP)、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、四环素、氯霉素、萘啶酸的耐药率均超过50%,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。7种毒力因子(avrA、ssaQ、mgtC、siiD、sopB、spvC、bcfC)的携带率为100.0%,sodC1的携带率为94.4%,sopE1的携带率为88.9%。结论福州市人源性和食源性沙门菌中,肠炎沙门菌是主要血清型,分离株携带多种毒力因子,致病性强,多重耐药现象均普遍存在。Objective To investigate the serotype,drug resistance and virulence genes distribution of food poisoning Salmonella in Fuzhou,and provide experimental evidence for the prevention of food poisoning caused by the bacteria.Methods Serotypes of Salmonella and drug resistance minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)values were determined according to the national standard test methods. The virulence genes were detected by PCR. Results Serotype analysis showed that most strains were Salmonella enteritidis(15 strains,83.3%). The distribution of different source of Salmonella showed no significant difference(P〉0.05). Antimicrobial drug resistance test results showed that the multi-drug resistance rate of 18 strains Salmonella was 100.0%. The drug resistant rates from different sources of Salmonella to erythromycin,azithromycin,gentamicin,cefazolin,and cefoxitin were 100.0%. The resistant rate of ampicillin(AMP),ampicillin/shu ba jotham,tetracycline,chloramphenicol,and nalidixic acid were more than 50%. Among the 18 strains of Salmonella,seven kinds of virulence factors(avrA,ssaQ,mgtC,siiD,sopB,spvC,bcfC) carrying rate was 100.0%,carrying rate of sodC1 was 94.4%,and sopE1 was 88.9%. Conclusion Salmonella food poisoning in Fuzhou region was mainly caused by Salmonella enteritidis serotype and the isolated strains all carried a variety of virulence factors,and were multi-drug resistant.
