基于校企合作的药物合成反应教学改革探索

摘　　要：《药物合成反应》是制药工程专业一门重要的专业基础课。本文针对课程特点及培养目标,对《药物合成反应》教学方法和内容进行初步改革与探讨。教学中,引入了案例项目化教学方式和内容,可激发学生的浓厚的求知欲,提高教学质量,增强教学效果。同时,为了实现应用型人才的培养目标,对该课程的教学进行改革,提出校企合作的教学模式。培养出动手能力强、以及理论基础知识扎实的专业应用型人才。Organic Reactions for Drug Synthesis is an important professional basic course in Pharmaceutical Engineering. According to the characteristics and training objectives of the course,a preliminary reform and discussion on the teaching methods and contents of Organic Reactions for Drug Synthesis were put forward. During the teaching,the introduction of the case project teaching methods and content could stimulate students＇ interest in learning,improve teaching quality and enhance the teaching effect. At the same time,in order to realize the training goal of applied talents,the teaching of this course was reformed,and the teaching mode of university-enterprise cooperation was put forward,to develop a strong practical ability,as well as a solid theoretical foundation of professional talents.
