摘  要:结合新建天水至平凉客货共线铁路工程,从兼顾动车组和货车对扣件系统的舒适性和长寿命需求出发,研发了道岔区预埋铁座式的弹性分开式扣件系统。为实现扣件系统高弹性,经比选采用W1型弹条扣压铁垫板,Ⅱ型弹条扣压钢轨。扣件系统节点静刚度确定为40 k N/mm,并按扣件系统功能进行分段设计以满足轨道刚度均匀化需求。经室内试验验证和现场铺设考核,扣件系统能够满足旅客列车舒适性要求,同时能够减少岔区轨道结构养护维修工作量,延长扣件系统使用寿命。Based on the newly-built mixed passenger and freight railway from Tianshui to Pingliang,the elastic separated fastening system with pre-embedded iron base at turnout zone was designed to provide good riding quality for EMU trains and long service life for freight trains.In order to achieve the good elasticity of this fastening system,W 1 clip and W2 clip were selected for fastening the iron baseplate and the rail respectively.The joint static stiffness of fastening system should be 40 kN /mm and the segment design should be made for meeting the requirement of the track stiffness uniformity according to fastening system function.Through laboratory test verification and field laying assessment,the fastening system could satisfy the travelling comfort of passenger train,reduce the maintenance and repair workload of track structure at turnout zone and prolong the service life of the fastening system.
