摘  要:师范生的顶岗支教实习,是师范生到教师角色的转换,是提升师范生专业素养和成长的有效途径。本文以黑河学院顶岗支教实习为例,阐述了顶岗支教实习对师范生成长的重要性。顶岗支教过程中,黑河学院顶岗支教的驻县教师加强对师范生的教学指导,强化实践教学环节,提高教学能力,扩展专业知识和认清自我、找准定位。在支教实习中,锻炼了吃苦耐劳的品质,培养了适应艰苦环境的能力,使师范生的的精神得到磨练和洗礼。Normal university students' in-post and volunteer teaching practice is an effective way for them to transform their rote to teachers and improve their professional quality and growth. Exemplified by in-post and volunteer teaching practice of students from Heihe University, this paper elaborates the importance of in-post and volunteer teaching practice for normal university students. It can enhance practical teaching, improve students' teaching ability, broaden their professional knowledge, and help them to orient themselves. In volunteer teaching practice, meanwhile, their ability to ensure hardship can be cultivated.
