摘　　要：本文以地方新建本科院校环境工程专业人才培养现状的知识框架及存在问题为切入点,分析了环境工程专业服务的岗位群与岗位知识能力,提出构建"专业+设施+岗位"的环境工程专业应用型课程体系的改革思路和环境工程专业人才培养的三大专业核心能力及四个能力培养阶段,从岗位能力培养的角度积极开展优化专业课程体系工作,有效地促进了学生岗位能力的培养。Based on the knowledge framework and the existing problems of training environmental engineering talents in local universities, the environmental engineering post group and post knowledge ability were analyzed and the notion of three core professional abilities and four ability-training stages were put forward to actively carry out curriculum system optimization from the perspective of professional post ability training work. It has effectively promoted the cultivation of students＇ ability.
