摘　　要：党的十八大报告明确指出把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,高校思想政治工作者应积极探索教育发展的新规律,坚持以人为本,努力开拓大学生思想政治工作的新视野,不断开创思想政治工作的新局面。It is clearly pointed out in the report of the 18th CPC National Congress that moral establishment and talent cultivation should be regarded as the primary task of education, so university ideological and political workers should actively explore the new laws of education development and adhere to the people-oriented concept, so as to expand a new horizon of ideological and political work for university students, and continuously open the new situ- ation of ideological and political work.
